Before you write, this might save you time

• Where's my order? Your tracking number was emailed the day it shipped — check your spam folder first. If it's been more than 10 business days since shipping, write to me and I'll trace it.
• Something arrived damaged? Send a photo. I'll replace it or refund you in full, and you won't need to ship anything back.
