Shipping Policy

Everything below applies to orders shipped within the United States.

Shipping cost

Free standard shipping on U.S. orders of $35 or more. Below $35, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address and order size. You always see the exact amount before you pay, never after. Express shipping is available at checkout at an additional cost.

Processing time

Accessories ship in 1-2 business days. Made-to-order items such as canvas prints, mugs and apparel are produced individually and ship in 2-5 business days. Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.

Delivery time

Standard delivery within the United States takes 3-7 business days after your order ships. Delivery estimates come from the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order ships. If your package has not arrived within 10 business days of shipping, email us and we will open a trace with the carrier.

Incorrect addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us because the address was incomplete or incorrect, we will reship it once you cover the cost of the second shipment.

Lost or stolen packages

If tracking shows a package as delivered but you have not received it, check with your household and neighbors first, then contact us within 7 days. We will work with the carrier to resolve it.

Split shipments

Orders containing items from different makers may arrive in separate packages at no extra cost to you. You will receive tracking for each.

Customs and import duties

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by the destination country. These are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices or shipping charges.
